Looking for a Sharp time in Melbourne

It appears that most of Adelaide, well at least, those in the magic scene are heading over to Melbourne in a couple of weeks to attend the ASM Centenary Convention. It should be good and is billed as the largest magic convention held in the southern hemisphere in recent times. Some big, BIG, BIG names are attending - Jeff McBride; Eugene Burger; Shoot Ogawa; Lennart Green; Shawn Farquhar; Gaetan Bloom; Sam Angelico; Raymond Crowe; Ross Skiffington; Phil Cass; Dean Atkinson.

It should be a great convention; maybe I'll see you there
.

Sharper not so Sharp lately

Sorry dear reader, (that is if there are any) I haven't posted for a while, you know what it is like - things to do, places to go ... or just couldn't be bothered. If you do read this blog, please do me a big favour and make a comment.

Been busy in the magic scene, and not always for financial reward, recently. Attending meetings of the IBM; ASM; YAMS; AMC and organising and running Tricky Tuesday (TT). Not a happy chappy re TT, I am concerned other members are not supporting or promoting it - hence low audience
(paying) numbers.

Anyway, no matter, you are not here to bear my burdens, nor I yours - but I am a good listener. Maybe I should listen to my self.

If you do happen to read this and are in Adelaide on the 3 July 2007, drop by and see the show at the Christies Beach Hotel, Christies Beach, SA 5165. I will make you welcome.

Check out Magic - Adelaide for more details.

Thank you for listening.
